One Soul Care Sunday I took myself on a date. Late summer...
Music playing. Children laughing. Holiday makers enjoying, relaxing, exploring.
Overflowing baskets of flowers everywhere I look. Water fountains left and right.
The queue for the cute ice cream cart on this really hot day.
The sun burning me slightly, giving me the urge to seek dappled shade. But not yet.
Not. Just. Yet.
Autumn will come soon enough. Let's be here now. Don't rush; move from A-Z.
Stop at B; lily pads with perfect flowers.
Sit with C; koi carp, small and huge. Bold as brass. Some as shiny.
I realise the gift I missed earlier - a £2 coin just minutes ago; my symbol of abundance from the Universe. You are doing alright kid. Stay with it. The path is yours.
I take the magic butterfly book from my bag so I can show it to my Abundance Group ~ It has become our animal totem. As I do so, one flutters by, close to my face.
* By the time I reach the bottom of the page in my notebook (I am sitting writing this in the clover), another 4 have come by to say hello.
The sounds of the fountain and the man-made waterfall next to me, the willow trees barely moving in the breeze (a breeze I cannot feel).
And me, in the clover. Connecting. Deeply.
I am here.
